Beginning early January we jumped into three months of Muay Thai training with one class under our belt. As we wrap up our first month, I look back with no regret. It has been, without a doubt, one of the most challenging sports I've ever pursued and as a result one of the most rewarding. Muay Thai has been incredibly fulfilling thus far and has demonstrated the importance of patience and persistence.
